Dual Enrollment Library Resources: Library Resources

This guide was created to provide high school students taking classes at ECPI University with the tools needed to find tutorials, books, ebooks, and articles for research assignments.

When using the library, you will find many different resources and collections to choose from.

Depending on the kind of information you need, some resources will work better than others.

Reference Databases: These consist of dictionaries, encyclopedias, images, and other print and electronic sources that tend to be consulted for specific facts or bits of information rather than read in their entirety. Reference resources are typically used to find background information on a topic.
