Items Eligible for Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
Books and videos are eligible for Interlibrary loan (ILL). The following library materials are not eligible: equipment and reference works. Please note that ILL items take 3-5 business days to arrive. As soon as the library receives the borrowed item, we will let you know by email.
Requesting an ILL
Locate the book or video in the Library Catalog, noting the item information (author, title, edition, call number). Provide the item information to library staff through ECPI University's Ask a Librarian form. On-campus students should plan to come to campus to pick up and return ILLs.
Special Instructions for Online Campus Students
Eligible library materials may be mailed to you. To request this service, use ECPI University's Ask a Librarian form. Include detailed item information (author, title, edition, call number) along with contact information (your name and complete mailing address). Library staff will help you with the process.
