The Employment Ready is a certificate-level (not certification) first step in the HVAC Excellence program designed for entry-level technicians with no work experience. It is used by employers to determine new-to-the-industry worker knowledge and skills. It is a step towards working as an independent technician and Professional Level certification.
If you are new to the HVAC industry, the Ready to Work certificate demonstrates both your knowledge and commitment to the professionalism recognized in the HVAC Excellence program.
